We provide a 2 hour window for service appointments
Will the technician let customers know when they are en route for a service call or project?
Yes. The technician will contact the customer approx. 30 mins prior to his/her arrival.
Is there a charge for for troubleshooting or inspections?
Yes. We charge our standard rate.
Is there a minimum charge for a service call?
Yes. Minimum is our hourly rate then quarterly thereafter (after first hour)
